- SNCF train times: scheduled, re-estimated, and which one to trustThe difference between scheduled and reported times, without mistaking either for a confirmed passage.
- Where is my train? What SNCF actually publishesReported times, the estimated next stop and the limits of tracking without a GPS position.
Where does the data come from?
From SNCF open data: SIRI Lite for reported times and updates, and the national and Transilien GTFS archives for schedules and the catalogue. These times do not confirm train passages. Towns come from geo.api.gouv.fr.
How often are departures updated?
The site shows the latest available data and regularly checks for updates. Unchanged times prove neither a train passage nor a connection problem.
Why do some stations show no departures?
No departures are available in the displayed data for this station. This does not prove that no trains are running: source coverage may be incomplete.
Is this site affiliated with SNCF?
No. It reads public data and shows it as it is, with no link to the operator.
