What to write to us about
- report an error on a station, a train or a line (give the page address and the time you saw it)
- ask a question about our data and calculations

What we cannot do
Train en Direct is not a rail operator. We cannot change a ticket, refund a journey or handle a delay claim. These requests go to the operator that issued the ticket. Our guides on the SNCF G30 guarantee and on European passenger rights explain the rules.
